1. Who we are

This site is operated by The AI Agency USA, Inc. ("we", "us"), 7848 W Sahara Ave #504, Las Vegas, NV 89117. This policy explains what information we collect through the Aurel Las Vegas site, including its residence explorer, tour form and voice concierge, and what we do with it. Aurel is a concept project; see our Terms of Use.

2. What we collect

Tour and booking requests

When you request a tour we collect your name, phone number, email address, the residence you are interested in, your party size, your preferred time and any notes you add.

Voice concierge conversations

You can speak with the AI concierge in your browser or by phone. Your audio is processed in real time so the concierge can understand and answer you. We store transcripts and summaries of these conversations, and conversations may be recorded. If you give your name or contact details during a conversation, we keep them with the conversation.

Technical data

Like most websites, our servers receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use your IP address for security and rate limiting, and we store it only as a one-way hash, not in readable form.

Preferences stored in your browser

The site remembers choices such as lighting and interior style in your browser's storage for the current visit. These preferences stay on your device and are not sent to us.

3. How we use it

• to respond to your questions and requests;
• to schedule, confirm and follow up on tours;
• to improve the site and the concierge, including reviewing transcripts for accuracy;
• to keep the site secure and prevent abuse, fraud and spam.

4. Calls and texts

We call or text you only with your consent, consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and only about the request you made. Calls may be placed or answered by an AI agent, which will tell you it is an AI. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out of further texts, and you can ask us at any time to stop calling.

5. Service providers

We use service providers that process data on our behalf and only to run the site for us:

• Supabase, database hosting for tour requests and conversation records;
• Netlify, website hosting;
• ThunderPhone, voice AI for the concierge in the browser and by phone.

The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

6. We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

7. Retention

We keep tour requests, transcripts, summaries and recordings only as long as we need them for the purposes above, or as the law requires, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls on our database and hashing of IP addresses. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and requests

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing adam@theaiagencyusa.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. You can also clear the preferences stored in your browser at any time through your browser settings.

10. Nevada residents

Nevada residents may submit a request to opt out of the sale of their covered information. We do not sell covered information, but you may still send a request to adam@theaiagencyusa.com and we will record it.

11. Children

The site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
