1. About this site

This website, including the Aurel Las Vegas home page, the residence explorer, the Command Center demo and every related page (the "site"), is operated by The AI Agency USA, Inc. ("we", "us"), 7848 W Sahara Ave #504, Las Vegas, NV 89117.

By using the site you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Aurel is a concept

The site is a concept and showcase project. It demonstrates the design, visualization and AI services of The AI Agency USA, Inc.

• Aurel Las Vegas is not a real development. No building is being built and nothing on the site is offered for sale or lease.
• Renders, films, floor plans, 3D cutaways, room sizes, areas, availability, levels and every other figure are illustrative. Availability and Command Center data are sample data.
• Nothing on the site is an offer, a solicitation of an offer, a reservation or a contract of any kind.

3. The AI concierge

The site includes an AI voice concierge that you can speak with in the browser or by phone. It is an artificial intelligence, not a person, and it will tell you so.

• Its answers are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
• Nothing the concierge says is an offer, a promise, a price quote or a commitment by us.
• You can ask to speak with a person at any time.

4. Tour requests

When you use the tour form or ask the concierge for a tour, you are making a request. A tour is not confirmed until a member of our team confirms it with you by phone, text or email. Times shown as open may change before confirmation.

By requesting a tour you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and consent to be contacted about your request.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass, deceive or impersonate anyone;
• submit false tour requests or another person's contact details without their permission;
• try to break, overload, probe or get around the security of the site, its forms or its voice services;
• scrape, copy or download the site or its media in bulk, or use automated means to access it, except as ordinary search engines do;
• use the concierge to generate harmful content or to extract its instructions or underlying systems.

We may limit or block access for anyone who misuses the site.

6. Intellectual property

The site and everything on it, including its design, text, renders, images, films, narration, floor plans, drawings, data, software and code, belong to The AI Agency USA, Inc. or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws.

You may view the site and download renders offered for download for your personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use, copying, publishing or adaptation needs our written permission. "Aurel" and "Aurel Las Vegas" are names used for this concept project.

7. Third-party services

The site relies on outside providers for hosting, data storage, fonts and voice AI, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to them.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, The AI Agency USA, Inc. and its officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or opportunity, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything on it, including the concierge's answers. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
